About the Narrative

Welcome to the North Coast Narrative website, where we bring the history of Ohio to life! We are a dedicated group of historical reenactors, interpreters, educators, historians, and local history geeks! Our passion is to learn, live, and share Ohio's rich history. Our group members enjoy collecting, exhibiting, interpreting and teaching area history. We welcome audiences of all age groups and interests to one of our events.

The North Coast Narrative was established in 2017. We are based in northern Ohio and have participating members in Vermilion, Sandusky, Peninsula, Port Clinton, Streetsboro, North Ridgeville, and Tiffin. We attend and participate in many historical events and reenactments throughout Ohio. We provide a number of educational programs and presentations to area groups and libraries. See our topic list, and schedule, for more information. We are willing to travel to your location (within 2-3 hours)!
